The Board of Trustees is responsible for reviewing both policy and practice, organising fundraising events and for the employment and appraisal of staff. This ensures that major decision making is in the hands of the parents who have children attending preschool. The Pre-school is run by paid staff and jointly managed with the Manager and elected parental board of Trustees.
